We strive to provide high-quality homemade food products. Since our items are freshly prepared and edible, please read our policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Returns are only considered in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
- Spoilage upon arrival (with proof)
Refund or Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Share a clear photo or video within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will offer either:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund (processed within 5–7 working days)
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the package
- Products opened, tampered, or partially consumed
- Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Once preparation begins, cancellation will not be possible.
