- All products are freshly prepared upon receiving your order.
- Processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently offer shipping within India.
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and courier rates.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
- You can use this ID to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Packaging & Freshness
- All products are packed securely to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit.
- As these are homemade food items without preservatives, we recommend consuming them within the suggested shelf life.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
- In the unlikely event of delays, we request your patience as courier services may vary.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
7. Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your address before placing the order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please share a clear photo/video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or compensation as applicable.
