Thanjavur Mor Milagai, also known as Mor Milagai Vathal, is a sun-dried chili pepper, a staple in South Indian cuisine, particularly from the Thanjavur region. It's prepared by soaking green chilies in curd and salt, then drying them in the sun until crisp.
How to Use
Mor Moligai is a classic accompaniment to curd rice (Thayir Sadam) and *Pazhaya Sadam* (fermented rice). They are also used as a flavorful tempering in dishes like *Mor Kuzhambu* (buttermilk gravy) and *Mor Kali*.
